FAQs

Can you write my message and post it directly to the recipient?

Sure can! Just write the message you want in the notes section underneath your products on the cart page and make sure you enter the recipient's name and address under shipping address.

Unfortunately, we haven't quite figured out how to make your message appear in your email confirmation (yet!) but please do not panic we will have seen it and will confirm  when we mark it as dispatched! But if you're still nervous, feel free to drop us a message and we'll get right back to you. 

When will it arrive?

We dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched the delivery timescales are below (these timescales are not guaranteed and can change at any time. Please see www.royalmail.com for latest updates)

Royal Mail Delivery Timescales (once we've dispatched your order):

  • UK first class: 1 to 3 workings days
  • Europe:  3 to 5 working days
  • International: 7 - 10 working days 

Do you offer tracked delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer tracked delivery at this time.  

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Nope - you can if you want, but by all means check out as a guest it's really quick and we've got a heap of payment options including Apple, Paypal or plain old VISA. Whatever you fancy. 

How do I use my offer code

Discount codes can be used on the page after you click check out. There is an discount box under your items to enter your code.

Can I personalise my design

If you want a quick colour change or us to add their name, we can do that for you free of charge, just drop us a note in the contact us section or write exactly what you want in the notes section when you place your order :) 

How do I return my item?

If you're not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us by post within 28 days from the day it is posted. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.

We will issue a refund of any unused items once we have received the returned item - please keep the proof of postage. We will not however refund the value of your postage costs to return the item.
